Well, being a GM here doesn't mean you have an unfair advantage towards players, we don't give free items to our staffs. If your an old player here you knew how many staffs demoted because most of them is bias, now in terms on benefits well, you will gain experience and sometimes its cool to do something new not just playing in game, and staffs here has in game salary wc and hc to be exact. I also host staff events to my GM's as well.
